The Employee > The Employee: publication

As a book, The Employee expands the interlocking questions of the value of art and cultural work, the labour oversights built into public arts funding, and how these schemes for financialization demand self-administration rather than supporting cultural autonomy.
The publication was co-edited with Lauren Wetmore, and includes contributions from both myself and Wetmore, along with Teresa Carlesimo, Camille-Zoé Valcourt-Synnott, Bopha Chhay, Michelle Lacombe, Denise Ryner, Mariane Bourcheix-Laporte, Dana Kopel, and Marina Vishmidt.

The book is co-published by Art Metropole and Forest City Gallery, and designed by House9 design.

The book can be ordered online through Art Metropole.
